Russian Woodpecker Signal Returns Now, Dormant since 1989.

"The Russian Woodpecker was a notorious Soviet radio signal that could be sporadically heard on the shortwave radio bands worldwide between July 1976 and December 1989. It sounded like a sharp, repetitive tapping noise at 10 Hz, giving rise to the "Woodpecker" name."
The Russian woodpecker signal is now back and has been present since December 2013.

"The U.S. Air Force identified five different frequencies in this compound harmonic the Russians were sending through the earth and the atmosphere. This seems to fit into something else and that is the message from Fatima. Mary at Fatima., Portugal warned that due to the sins of mankind, that Jesus would punish mankind for it's sins by using Russia as the instrument of chastisement. Russia would "spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated." 
Russia seems to be using a type of "psychotronics" against the West. The "woodpecker" signal could also be a type of over-the-horizon radar. No one really knows what it is for.

I was told it was part of the russian over-the-horizon radar system from cold war times and it was given up after the Chernobyl disaster as the conditions of nuclear poisoning did not allow to continue. I got very curious about it.

When you open google maps and look at the location of the Chernobyl reactor you will see that it is located in the middle of nowhere, lots of woods around, no real big city nearby that would need immense amount of electrical power as produced by the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Well, electrical power can be sent by powerlines over long distances and better to have a nuclear power plant in the middle of nowhere than close to people that would benefit from the power you may think - well, government is not that good for the people neither in the west nor in the east. It turns out that the biggest beneficiant of the electrical power produced in Chernobyl was the nearby military antenna complex which is known as DUGA 3 and was the main part of the soviet "woodpecker" project.

It was a sender of a strong, very low frequency radio signal with no obvious reason. The frequency of the sender was below 10 HZ, a band that Tesla was planning to use for this "free cableless energy" that Tesla himself found out to be unsafe and able to take control of human minds with as a frequency of 8HZ is the basis of biological life on earth. You may research on this. The use of "free ionic energy" is the basis to todays HAARP programme of the US.

Well, back to Chernobyl in 1986. We all know that this date was close to the end of the iron curtain and most of us may be aware that the official story what happened in Chernobyl and lead to the nuclear disaster is a hoax. It was repeatedly reported, that an earthquake took place right under the facility in Chernobyl right before the disaster took place. 

Now, knowing that the "Russian Woodpecker" was an obvious threat to the US and the west, what would be easier then to destroy the power plant and contaminating the whole area making the main part of the soviet "HAARP" programme unusable? Chernobyl and the end of the woodpecker activity happened to be shortly before the soviet union gave up and the cold war came to an end. Did this have a meaning to the fall of the berlin wall?

It was reported that a major electrical power collapse in New York took place
on the very moment the soviets stopped the Woodpecker signal for no obvious reason. Read about it, find it yourself.
